Updates
on our pups in their new homes.
Johnson, now Phin.
Hi Sherri,
See attached pictures of Phin that my friend who was recently visiting
took. He is obviously growing bigger and happier by the day. He
is all about swimming in the pond up the trail from our house and
it is a sight to see- he literally does laps while i cheer like
a soccer mom. His other favorites activities include laying on people,
stealing random objects from the neighbors, blowing air through
his jowls, sleeping on our bed, stretching, pretending to be a guard
dog, and walking through rivers and creeks. The whole neighborhood
is in love with him and we actually have a neighbor who is interesting
in adopting a mastiff bc she adores Phin; I gave her your website
as a reference.
Hope all is well,
Jen
NOTE:
All pups are pending so MABBR is unable to accept additional applications.
Thank you for understanding!

My Story:
Local Adoptions Only
These 7 little bundles of joy will be available the
beginning of December. They were born on October 6 and will need
to stay with their mother and siblings until 2 months old. They
will be vetted prior to adoption- spayed/neutered/vaccinated, etc.
as age appropriate. Their mother is a purebred English Mastiff and
father was likely a mastiff as well. There are 5 boys and 2 girls-
all are fawn with black masks.
Mom (Daisy) was rescued from a deplorable situation and gave birth
to pups the same evening. She is finally getting the nourishment
she needs, she is severely underweight. Daisy has an adoptive home
once her pups are ready to go to their new homes. Daisy has an EXCELLENT
temperament and we hope her puppies will grow up to be just like
her. She is outgoing, sweet and a terrific mother.
As they grow older, these dogs will be bigtime droolers, poopers,
can be slow to mature, are expensive, eating machines, can be destructive
as pups, are large, have special needs as a large breed (do your
research!), will need responsible owners who will keep them out
of trouble and socialize them, etc. They are cute as pups, but we
are looking for committed lifetime families who are willing to do
what it takes to maintain and love such a breed. Mastiffs are loyal
and natural guardians of their families. They love to be with their
people and will need someone home during part of the day while they
are young to learn housebreaking and house rules. Obedience training
is a must with such a large dog, and a fenced yard is preferred.
The love and loyalty these dogs show is beyond compare. They are
clowns, companions, protectors, family members, bed and couch stealers,
and great dogs. Please email us with your questions or send an application
for review
